T'ai Chi Ch'aun

Developed
in approximately 500 AD to
promote health and longevity, T’ai Chi is a
subtle, noncombative form of martial arts, that
combines slow, soft and natural movements to refresh
and stimulate participants of all ages. The T’ai
Chi movements help reduce stress, exercise the body,
regulate blood circulation, and facilitate deep
breathing. After practicing the short form (or Yang
style) of T’ai Chi you may also achieve a
greater sense of balance, grounding and integration of
the mind, body and spirit.
