unspoiled tropical village blessed with blue skies,
sparkling seas, palm lined beaches and lush jungle covered
mountains,
recognized the extraordinary power of nature to increase
the body’s natural healing
processes. In
this vastly beautiful setting, profound changes in the
ability to connect mind, body, spirit through Chi

Qigong
practice were realized. In addition, self discovery and
growth were facilitated through poetry, ritual, and
creative expression. Far from ringing phones and
deadlines,
Sayulita provided the setting, and Debra and Bob the tools,
to affect truly remarkable changes in life and
health.

instruction. In addition, Bob will facilitated self
discovery and growth through ritual and creative
expression.

A WEEKEND AT NICHES For
those who have never been there, Niches is a beautiful
non-profit rustic retreat facility. Niches is located in
picturesque southeastern Ohio near the Hocking Hills.
Niches offers guests open meadows, deep woods, moist
hollows, rock ledges, ridges, and creeks. Meandering and
well maintained walking trails allow easy access to all of
these natural areas. Niches is particularly appealing to
those who need a break from the fast pace of their urban
environments. Niches is a place to relax, breathe the fresh
air, join the natural world, and feel good about being
alive. It is the perfect place for healing.

DEBRA WEISENBURGER LIPETZ is a
certified Chi LelTM
Qigong
Senior Level Instructor, having trained at the Huaxia
Zhineng Qigong Hospital and Training Center in Qinhuangdao,
China. Debra has been teaching and studying T’ai Chi
Ch’uan since 1987. She studies with Chi Lel™
Qigong master, Luke Chan and has practiced in Beijing with
Zhang Junfeng, the 1995 T’ai Chi Ch’uan
champion of China. Debra has studied yoga and meditation
for more than 25 years and is Reiki Master/Teacher. She is
a sought after health lecturer. Debra’s personality
is infectiously cheerful.

BOB WEISENBURGER LIPETZ has been
practicing meditation, yoga and other spiritual practices
for over 20 years. He is an accomplished poet, writer, is
Reiki Master/Teacher and workshop leader. Bob practices Chi
LelTM
Qigong
and T’ai Chi Ch’uan, plays guitar and has an
outgoing personality.
